Packages are applicable for Malaysian, Singaporean & Expatriates living in both countries with PR Status.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

Normal Period
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Peak Period
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 15 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

NEW YEAR’S EVE COMPULSORY DINNER

During Christmas Eve guest are required to participate in the compulsory dinner chargeable at RM200.00 nett per adult and RM100.00 nett per child (4 to 12 years old).

During the New Year Eve guest are required to participate in the compulsory dinner chargeable at RM300.00 nett per adult and RM150.00 nett per child (4 to 12 years old).
